Our Junior Diver Course offers a safe and exciting introduction to scuba diving for children. Guided by experienced instructors, young divers learn essential skills, underwater awareness, and confidence through carefully structured pool and confined-water sessions – focusing on fun, safety, and unforgettable first breaths below the surface.
This course is a gentle and fun introduction to scuba diving, designed especially for children aged 8–9. Sessions take place in a swimming pool, where kids get to experience breathing underwater for the first time in a safe, controlled environment.
Under the constant supervision of a qualified instructor, participants will learn basic underwater skills through simple exercises, games, and playful activities. The focus is on comfort, confidence, and enjoyment – not performance or pressure.
There are no ocean dives, and the maximum depth is 2 metres, making this an ideal “test run” for young divers who are curious about scuba and want to try it in a relaxed, supportive setting.

Pool sessions & CONFINED open water (tidal pool).
To become a member of the PADI Seal Team, divers must complete 1-5 AquaMissions.
1. Breathing exercises, equalization techniques for ears & mask, air supply monitoring, hand signals, safe ascent & decent.
2. Regulator purge button, equalization techniques for ears & mask, air supply monitoring, hand signals, safe ascent & decent.
3. Adjust equipment, inflate & deflate BCD, mask clear, alternate air source, hand signals, safe ascent & decent.
4. Regulator recovery, regulator clear by exhaling, buoyancy, hover, safe ascent & decent.
5. Snorkel skills at the surface in scuba gear, oral inflation of BCD, execute all previous skills learnt comfortably.
