PADI Basic Freediver Course
Master your breath, improve focus, and begin your freediving journey in a safe and supportive environment.
Discover the power of breath and explore the underwater world in its purest form
The PADI Basic Freediver Course is the perfect introduction to freediving — a discipline focused on inner control, efficient breathing, and the freedom of exploring beneath the surface without scuba gear. As a subset of the full PADI Freediver course, it’s ideal for beginners who want to develop foundational skills in a safe, structured environment.
You’ll gain an understanding of freediving principles, learn essential breath-hold techniques, and practice in a controlled setting with professional supervision. This course builds your confidence and prepares you for more advanced freediving experiences.
