New Divers
Most healthy people aged 10 and up can start training. You’ll complete a PADI medical form
first, and depending on your answers, you may need clearance from a doctor. Basic comfort
in the water is required.
You don’t need to be an athlete. To qualify, you must be able to swim 200m without aids (or
300m with a mask, snorkel and fins) and float or tread water for 10 minutes. (Open Water)
The course takes approximately 3-4 days with 6–8 hours of eLearning, followed by pool and
ocean sessions spread over the remaining 2–3 days.
Training dives usually start with a shore dive and culminate with a free post-course boat
dive. After certification, OW divers are limited to 18 m. Further training and experience allow
recreational divers to dive to 40 m.
We provide all essential snorkel and scuba gear. Many divers choose to purchase their own
mask and snorkel for comfort and fit, and we’re happy to help you find the right ones.
You’ll be ready to join fun dives and explore reefs with a buddy. You can also progress to
Advanced Open Water (AOW), speciality courses, or start focusing on specialities.

There are no hidden costs! Course prices include instruction, gear rental, and certification.
Optional extras include purchasing personal gear (mask, snorkel, fins), photos or videos of
your dives, and physical certification cards.

Experienced Divers
If it’s been 6–12 months since your last dive, a refresher is recommended before guided
dives. If it’s been longer, a full ReActivate/Scuba Tune-up is the best option.
Yes, we offer Enriched Air (Nitrox). To use it, you’ll need a Nitrox certification, which involves
a short theory session and practical gas analysis.

Freedivers
Generally, healthy people with basic swimming ability can join. Junior programmes exist for
younger students, but core courses usually start from 16 years with parental consent.
Snorkelling is surface-based, using a snorkel to breathe while looking down. Freediving
involves diving beneath the surface on a single breath, with training focused on equalisation,
breath control, and safety.
No. You’ll learn techniques for relaxation, breathing, equalisation and safety. Progress
comes from technique, not raw breath-hold time.
Depth goals are conservative and focus on comfort, safety, and equalisation. Pool and open
water sessions are progressive.
Yes, when trained properly and always diving with a buddy using correct procedures. Never
practise breath-holding alone.
You’ll be taught equalisation techniques and how to recognise your limits. If you’re
congested, postpone diving to avoid injury.
We provide essential gear for training. Many freed divers later buy their own low-volume
mask, snorkel, and long fins.
Yes. Many freedivers use contact lenses, and prescription mask options are available.
We offer junior options depending on age and readiness. Parental consent is required for minors.
You can join coaching sessions and line-training, explore local reefs with a buddy, or move
on to advanced courses to improve technique, depth and safety.
